Blue Sheep (岩羊) is a social enterprise that works with artisans in Qinghai Province, China, to preserve traditional Tibetan crafts while creating sustainable livelihoods.
I volunteer during our Spring Festival charity sales. This involves hands-on work: setting up displays, helping customers, and supporting the team. It's taught me about teamwork, punctuality, and the value of manual labor alongside creative work.
